AgriCamping Padova internal regulations

This regulation is brought to the attention of customers upon arrival and is posted outside the reception. With the act of entering the campsite, the regulation is unreservedly accepted by the customer.

Art. 1 – Access to the campsite

• The Camping Management authorization is required for entry to the campsite;
• Upon arrival, each person must deliver to the reception, during the opening hours, an identity document valid for the registrations required by law (non-compliance constitutes a violation of the rules of the penal code). This task can be avoided if the documents are sent at the time of online booking;
• The entry of minors not accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them, is not allowed;
• The access and presence of unauthorized persons at the campsite involves the violation of the Public Safety Regulations, of art. 614 C.P. (trespassing), of art. 633 C.P. (invasion of land and buildings), of art. 624 C.P. (theft of services) and the crime of contractual fraud.
• Access and exit from the campsite is allowed only through the appropriate entrances. It is strictly forbidden to climb over the perimeter fences of the campsite.

Art. 2 – Minimum and maximum stay

• The minimum stay at the campsite is 1 night and the maximum stay is 7 nights.

Art. 3 – Limits for crews per pitch – Additional Igloos

• It is not allowed to accommodate more than one crew for each pitch.
• The rate includes the simultaneous presence of maximum 6 people and a vehicle.
• The addition of igloos or Canadian tents to the pitch must be paid in case of more than 6 people.

Art. 4 – Choice and use of the pitches

• The pitches are assigned by the Camping Management and are fixed; unauthorized moving to other pitches are prohibited; in the event of justified business needs, the displacement of housing vehicles to another pitch may be proposed.
• All equipment must be neatly placed within the boundaries of the pitch; vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the pitch or where indicated by the Camping Management.
• The installation of additional facilities is prohibited unless authorized by the Camping Management.

Art. 5 – Time of arrival and departure

• The reserved pitches can be occupied starting from h 10:30 am.
• If the departure does not take place within the prescribed daily period (before h 3:00 pm), the Customer will be required to pay for the stay also on the day of departure. If necessary, to allow for check-out procedures, after this time, the Campsite Management may authorize free parking in the adjacent car park. Those arriving before the standard arrival time can stop in the parking located inside the campsite.

Art. 6 – Daily guests / visitors

• The Management reserves the right to allow the entry of daily visitors and guests (upon release of a document) with a free permit lasting one hour.
• Visitors and guests can only enter the campsite on foot and during the scheduled day time.
• The campsite customer is required to ensure that their guests are in possession of the Management’s authorization and is responsible for their behavior within the campsite.

Art. 7 – Animals

• Dogs and other pets are welcome in the campsite, with a maximum of 2 animals per facility, accompanied by vaccination documents and a copy of their health certificate.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash (maximum length 1.50 m) and with a muzzle. The owners are responsible for the care, cleaning and immediate removal of the physiological needs of their animals both in the lay-by and throughout the camping area. They also need to make sure that their animals do not disturb the other guests of the Campsite. Cats and other pets cannot be left free outside the pitches, it is not allowed to leave pets alone inside the pitches.

Art. 8 – Quiet and silence

• Behavior, activities, games and the use of equipment that may disturb the guests of the campsite must be avoided at any time.
• In particular, silence must be respected from 13.30 to 15.30 and from 22.30 to 8.00.
• Even during hours of silence, vehicles can pass through the camping area maintaining a walking pace.

Art. 9 – Children

• Adults are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children, whose liveliness, education and needs cannot be at the expense of the peace, safety and hygiene of the other guests;
• In the toilets, children must be accompanied by their parents;
• The use of the recreational area by children is only allowed under the supervision of an adult.

Art. 10 – Electrical connection

• The electrical connection to the outlets of the columns must be authorized by the Camping Management, and must have the safety features defined by law, i.e. N1VVK connection cable (blue flame retardant) of section, minimum 3 × 1.5 mm, without junctions. External lamps cannot be installed except with IP65 protection degree. All the devices must have ground connection. The Management declines all responsibility for connections with faulty cables or equipment.
• Electricity is distributed with a maximum intensity of 6 Amp.
• It is absolutely forbidden to tamper with the electrical systems in any way.

Art. 11 – Protective tarpaulins, gazebos, awnings

• The installation of protective tarpaulins is allowed with prior Management’s authorization. The tarpaulins must be made of self-extinguishing or preferably fireproof material and must in any case:

– Not to be hooked to plants;

– Do not have dimensions exceeding those of the caravan and veranda;

– Do not use load-bearing frames with excessive impact;

– be coloured in harmony with the environmental ones (green) and aesthetically acceptable

• Under no circumstances side closures can be installed on pitches with tents, gazebos, or other fixed material.
• All structures must be removed if requested by the Camping Management and in any case simultaneously with the termination of the stay, otherwise the Management will be entitled to proceed with the forced removal at the expense of the Customer.

Art. 12 – Lost property

• The objects found within the campsite must be returned to the Camping Management for compliance with the law.

Art. 13 – Liability and insurance

• It is advisable to pay attention to personal effects and to take the necessary precautions. Money and valuables should not be left unattended inside the caravans or tents.
• The Management does not respond:

– Any theft of valuable objects and valuables;

– Damage caused by other guests, by force majeure, by natural disasters, by insects, by diseases and epidemics also of plants, or by other causes not dependent on the negligence of the campsite staff.

• Customers are advised to take out insurance in advance both for the facilities and for the equipment and for the camping risks.
• It is also good practice to have a fire extinguisher suitable for the equipment used.

Art. 14 – Various prohibitions

It is forbidden:

• Throwing municipal waste out of the appropriate containers and abandoning special and hazardous waste in the camping area.
• Dig holes or canals in the ground and modify the boundaries of the pitches.
• Lighting fires.
• Damage the vegetation and equipment of the campsite; smudge or remove the signs.
• Pour or disperse oils, fuels, boiling, salty or waste liquids on the ground.
• Wash cars, other vehicles, tarpaulins and objects of any type that require the use of chemical products.
• Wash dishes and linens outside the special sinks.
• Wash at the fountains located in the outdoor area along the avenue. Wasting and using water improperly.
• Use electricity beyond the established amount and connect to more than one socket per pitch.
• Lay fences, tie and anchor anything to the plants, pull ropes at eye level and install anything that may constitute a potential danger or hinder free passage. The works not authorized by the Management will be removed by the camping staff.
• Driving with motor vehicles or bicycles at speeds higher than “walking pace”.
• Creating flooring on the pitch (with the exception of the use of small wooden mats and bases, which are easy to remove and, in any case, always within the area covered by the awnings). Unauthorized flooring will be removed by the campsite staff.
• Discharge toilets containing formaldehyde inside the campsite.
• Display any commercial notice on the pitch. These notices may be displayed on the appropriate notice board.
• Accumulate water using external containers additional to those proper of the caravan or camper, or with inadequate size for normal use.
• Use of wood or charcoal barbecues inside the pitches: for this type of service, please to use the common barbecue area of the campsite.
